Does anyone know where to buy orange hair spray? And orange knee-socks? Cheap?

See, our grade is having a field day competition and each homeroom is a certain color to indicate teams. My homeroom's color is orange. And we're allowed to go crazy and wear weird clothes and stuff. So I decided that I want to hairspray my hair orange. Does anyone know where to buy it? It won't come out easily right? And it WILL work on black hair, right? Oh, and I was thinking about orange knee-socks too. Anybody know where to find that too? Cheap would be nice. Thanks!!!!
