Harry Reid, Is Paying income tax in America Voluntary?

We deserve better than Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi but Harry Reid really says some of the stupidest things imaginable. At first he said that the Senate not seat Burris. Then he found that they could not legally refuse. Saying that paying taxes is voluntary is stupid.
