How we can the add the data from excel sheet to word?

You can add the data from excel to word with the use of copy , Paste.but I don`t want to copy-paste I wnat to do the data with formula like macrow .So we don`t type the data from excel to word but the prepare data from excel to enter data one by one in thje word.
