Where Can I get those boots?

Where can I get those boots, Tim Alen wears them in "The Santa Claus" & I'm pretty sure that Brad Pitt wears them in "Fight Club", I really like them but can't find them, anywhere can anyone find out or figure out where I can get them, I think that there by Converse but not sure. Thanks
