My microsoft word 2007 is not genuine and not working very well.?

I can type and everything alright. But my mouse isnt able to click the word doent. I can paste and cut but i cant move it. Also, when i type a long paragraph, and i make a typo i cant go back and correct it. I can only only backspace it all. My mouse just doesnt click the word doent. Has this something to do with my word not being genuine?
