National Socialism on the rise?

Today I read a news article on National Socialism and Nazi politics are on a fast rise in many different countries to include America. What do people think is the cause of this? Is it good or bad? Are we going to see another 3rd Reich? If this many people are this serious about it, then it must have some upsides and modern relevance. I hear that America, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Russia, Japan, Italy, Brittan , Australia, Mexico, Middle East, Poland, Austria, Czech, Canada and several other places all have a form of National Socialism based upon their own respective races and nations. If this many people want to segregate their people, why are they being forced to exist with people they are hostile towards for WHATEVER reason?
