Computer Problem Please Help!?

Okay, so I've had this Dell Alienware M11X Netbook Computer for a little over a month now.. It's worked fine ever since I got it.. but recently I've been having a few issues regarding the "browse" option. For example: It won't let me "browse" for a new picture to upload to Skype, Windows Live Messenger (Msn), IMVU etc. to set as my main picture or display picture. It also doesn't let me "save image as" on the internet when I right click & choose the option nothing comes up.. that's exactly what happens when I try to upload pictures onto the internet or programs (Firefox, Internet Explorer haven't tried other browsers like Safari but expect the same result) so I am dumbfounded here.. I thought it could be a conflicting program.. but this is a brand new computer (my old laptop just died on me) and I haven't installed very many programs other than "Tuneup Utilities, AVG Internet Security 2011" and a few others that I used to have on my older laptop and wouldn't think they could cause this problem. I tried switching off AVG's firewall in hopes of success but to no avail. I also tried doing a System Restore to April 13th 2011 (oldest date there was) but still.. to no avail. So I honestly don't know what's wrong with it.. I've never had this problem in the past and I would really like to find a solution. Yes I've done Google searches... Yahoo searches.. but I can't find ANYTHING to help me. I also tried to do a "registry clean" & "registry defrag" that didn't seem to help so I ran sfc /scannow in command prompt to hopefully find any missing .dll files & fix this.. but that didn't solve anything either.. I thought it might have been one of my Firefox add on's known as "DownloadThemAll!" that stopped me from saving pictures off the internet because when I right click and choose "save image with DownloadThemAll!" or "start saving image with dTa OneClick!" it will let me.. but sometimes come up with an error so it doesn't work ALL of the time like the regular way.. but I disabled it & that also didn't do a thing to help. I've done virus scans with AVG too but there's no way I could have a virus I just got this computer.. plus I've ran searches before STILL no help.. I would like to know what IS causing this.. I've asked my friends they are no help to me.. I ask you guy's but I don't get any answers or the answers you give me don't work.. would restoring my computer to factory settings do any good? Because it HAS worked in the past.. just not recently. & Would backing up my computer/reloading it with the backed up data cause the problem to reappear once I've restored it? Please someone give me a clue as to how this came about.. because I have no idea and would really like to post more pictures to Facebook.. etc. Thank you & 10 points goes to the most detailed answer that helps me figure this out. I heard someone say that if time travel was possible, we still wouldn't be able to do it because of the grandfather paradox. Now, for those who don't know; that's when a person goes back in time, and because of his deeds, it leads to him never being born; people have said that by even kicking a stone out of place it would snowball into a different future. So I thought this over, and realized that its impossible for that to be true. Think of this: Keven goes back in time and he meets two people, he introduces them to each other; these two people make a huge invention, lets say the TV. So without Keven, the TV wouldn't have been created. This also means that its impossible to rewrite the future even by visiting the past, so if someone time traveled into the past, they would change nothing. What does everyone think of this?

Ok so I missed my period two weeks ago i have taken several test but I couldn't make them out but the first test I took before my missed period a very thin hard to see line came up I showed it to my cousin and she said positive. But I decided to wait to see if I did miss my period and sure enough I did but all the other test either look negative or I can't make them out. Just think of this old saying : "Dont let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game". Dont be so afraid you'll mess up, that you dont even talk to him! If you miss his friendship, and he's not making a move towards getting back to it, then you have to, and if you were friends before, I promise, you wont regret it. Another way to start a conversation might be, "So are you thinking about coming back to summer camp this year?" After that, you can start a conversation on past memories you have had together and this might stike up some feelings in both of you for a friendship again. Sit by him in cl, and ask him if you don't understand something. I'm not talking any major conversation, but you've got to start somewhere. And think of it this way: Maybe, he's just like you. Maybe he wants to talk to you and become your friend again, but is too shy to do it because he might have a tiny crush on you also! :) Just remember, play it cool, and dont push for it too hard. Milk protein allergy in feeding son, can I eat lactose?

My son was congested from the time we brought him home from the hospital until 5 weeks, at which point I figured out that he had a milk protein allergy.He is exclusively fed. I stopped eating all milk products and his congestion went away. Then to test it, I ate some cheese, and that night he was congested again. It has been two weeks since I have stopped eating all milk products, and he is probably about 80% better. He still gets congested occasionally, but nowhere near as often or as bad. I have been avoiding all milk products. But some of the things I want to eat only have lactose (which is a sugar in milk) and not any whey or casein, or other milk proteins. Has anyone with a milk protein allergy been able to eat lactose without a problem, or fed their feeding infant without a problem? I would think that since it is a sugar it shouldn't be a problem, but I was curious what other people thought.

Cydia "Unable to Load; Internet Connection Appears to Be Offline"? - Jailbroken iPhone 3G running 4.1 FW?

Ok I don't get it. Everytime I try to launch Cydia it tells me "Unable to Load" "internet connection appears to be offline". I am connectect to my home wifi connection, however, next to the name of the connection under WiFi it has a lock icon then the full bar satellite icon. I used it while away on business this last week on both secured and unsecured wifi networks and it worked fine. It also worked fine on my home connection before I left. But now it's not working. Hampster Problem!!!?

Ok, I just got a female teddy bear hampster today and the person who sold it to me from petsmart said she was very loving. So when i took skittels home (i named her skittles) i set up her new home. Boot problem after power supply replacement.?

I replaced a power supply to a compac pasario, 2 years old. When I boot the desktop, the keyboard lights flash for one second, and will not respond to any stroke. The optical mouse has power, however is of no use at this point. The display is COMPAC screen, with at bottom, (ESC) boot, F3 boot menu, and F10 Setup. That is all that is displayed. The keyboard will not respond, nor is the caps or numbers lock lights illuminated. The hard drive spins. I have reset the jumper to default on the mother board. Any suggestions?

Question about toe nail fungus?

All of the toe nails on my left foot have been overtaken by fungus. They are thick, scaly, yellow/greenish, and smell like death. I tried to call a foot doctor, but he wouldn't see me because I don't have insurance. The thing is-Open toe sandal/flip flop season is coming up. How to put 7 months old to sleep?

my 7 months(not theething yet) old will only go to sleep at night by either nursing(most of the time) or rocking. i tried to put her down drowsy but almost every time she will wake back up and scream. i tried to let her"cry it out" but i didn't last longer then 30-40 minutes and it didn't seem like she would fall asleep any time soon.and when i go in to comfort her she almost cries even harder.she won't take a pacifier. we do a bedtime routine every night which includes bathing, lotion, reading and singing.if i lay her in the bed right after that routine she will scream immediately as if she was scared and petrified.nap times i don't even bother and just nurse her to sleep(which goes very fast)when we're out she will either skip the nap(she takes 2-3 naps between 30 and 90 minutes) or sometimes go to sleep in the stroller or car.besides when her naps are only 30 minutes i can nurse her again and she will go back to sleep for another 30-45 minutes, but if i don't then she will be up

Why am I still sick after 18 months of no-result tests by my doctor?

This is pretty embarring but I don’t know what else to do…. Since November of 2009, I have woken up 99% of those mornings to either throwing up (no I am not pregnant, nor have I been since my one and only son was born 4 years ago), or sitting on the toilet feeling like all my insides were going to come out from the OTHER end. I’m not going to pretend that I have always eaten the healthiest, and I JUST quit smoking less than 2 weeks ago, as well as kicked my 3 diet Coke’s a day habit- but with all the test my doctor has run on me- WHAT IS WRONG? The tests I have had without any abnormal results (in non-medical terms of course): checked my gallbladder, my spleen, I’m not allergic to dairy or gluten, checked my intestines, my stomach, my kidneys (NO stones), and others on a long list that also includes “clear” CT Scans and MRI’s… the only RESULT I have had was I had a 3 inch cyst in my ovary that I had removed 4 months ago. I am 27, 5’6’’, and I weigh MAYBE 112lbs. Pre-this sickness or whatever it is- I weighed a healthy 135 lbs. I am NOT anorexic, I am NOT bulimic, and I do love food.. but that brings me to my next symptom- I rarely am hungry… my doctor put me on anti-anxiety and anti-depressants, I’ve seen the psychiatrist/counselor, (my son’s father used to beat me worse than what you have EVER seen or heard about… boo-hoo, I know), but my BODY is sick, not my mind… at least that’s what I think. I have a female friend who was down on her luck so I invited her to stay with me for a while. Swisscash was a scam that folded up a month or more ago. Sold their junk accounts mostly in Malaysia and India. Lots of folks lost money. Other scams using the word Swiss--- started up to try the same idea, but they were all just that - scams. Sorry.

Um well it is OK but some cards like Archfiend of Gilfer are actually pointless cards because they arent enough attack to be worth tributing for and its effect is pointless because the card is dead and what is the point of Decreasing your cards attack. bottomless Trap hole is a nice touch, you should kick out dust tornado to put in another mystical space typhoon since you can jsut play it form your hand. You only need 1 wall of illusion because a good deck shouldnt be sitting in defense mode but leading the game. Your traps look pretty good except take out Waboku cause it sucks. The goblin king is definatly a nice touch.

did you make sure you lined up the timing marks perfectly? also, check and ensure you plugged all vacuum lines and electrical connectors back in to the right spots. If you didnt put the timing cover back on i can ume you also didnt re-install the water pump alternator belts ect. since they go on after the timing cover, maybe there is the problem. Ive seen cars (all samll 4 cylinder engines) that wouldnt start simply because the V belts werent on. I dont know why (maybe the computer knew something was wrong and put the car in safe mode, maybe the cars needed the extra juice from the alternator to get the motor going) but it does happen, some cars need the belts operating properly to start.

All day, I have been trying to burn music onto CDs and it's not working. I put the CD-R into my laptop and make a "burn list" on windows media player and click burn, and it tries to burn the songs but it says that an error occured for each song. Fast Moving Bright Light in the Sky?

It is 9:34p.m. I live in North Eastern Washington Near the Canadian Border, I was outside, not alone, and neither of us drink or use drugs, but I saw a bright light moving sideways at a downward angle. I would ume it was a plane, but it wasn't blinking. It went like this for about 2mins till it just dissipated in mid-air. What emotional state am I in?

I am not here to whine or complain about my problems, because I do not feel that I have any at the moment. I am simply hoping that someone will understand my state of mind. I used to be emotional about things, I was very vulnerable and had a strong conscience. I wanted a bright future and to succeed and excel in life. As I am getting older (I am 17 at the moment) I find myself caring less and less about things in my life e.g. school finding a job etc. My emotions are seeming to harden up and break away from lack of stimulation, however i don't see this as being a bad thing. Beauty makes a nice counterpoint. The second stanza looks a bit one sided on the negative, it says nothing of the love which caused the heartache, or the relationship which ended in desertion. The third stanza has some beautiful imagery which could probably be expanded, the sheet of velvet brought into focus like the stars transformed to diamonds, perhaps an object held in the palm that one examines. I like the mechanics of your last stanza, but would reintroduce there either time, or gift, or heaven as well to be consistent and draw the whole to completion.
